It's the most wonderful time of the year!

December 28, 2012

Christmas had gone smoothly. ♡

At the church, we had prepared a brief adaptation of the Nativity or as we call it in the Philippines, Panunuluyan. It is our annual tradition to present how Joseph and Mary traveled from Nazareth to Bethlehem, went from house to house asking for a room to stay, and gave birth to Jesus Christ. Here is the picture of Joseph and Mary from this year's play:

Also, we also had our annual Cake Raffle and we are so happy that many people had supported us this year. My little nephew even won a consolation prize! ☺

I ate a lot on our Noche Buena and enjoyed the spaghetti that my mom cooked. It was so delicious! On Christmas day, my godchildren (inaanak) visited our house and asked for their blessings. Good thing that I prepared gifts for all of them.

Lastly, I already opened the gifts that I received from the parents of our students in school and from teachers. I appreciated all of these. More so, this made me realized that these parents appreciate our passion for teaching their children. Here are some of the gifts (perishable gifts were already consumed he he):

Though Christmas had gone, let's not stop sharing and spreading love and good thoughts. God bless you! ☺
