Our Antioch Weekend Seminar had ended. It was held last April 26 to April 28, and apparently, this is my second favorite batch. My most favorite is Batch 4 last summer 2012, where I was one of the team leaders.
I love this batch in multiple ways. I love the set of team leaders, Shen, Jade, Aldrin and Gian. They have a great team. They were able to handle the challenges throughout the weekend. They were good at connecting with the participants and other facilitators. Same with the others who were part of the team. They've been supportive, cooperative, and generally easy to deal with. Thank God for guiding them, for giving them all the strengths that they needed to push through, and for making them/us an instrument to let other young people experience His love.

I love the set of participants. There were 10 boys and 10 girls originally. But we had to let go of one participant due to her health condition. They were all participating and reaching out to each other. They made friends with each other. They did what they could to be part of the Antioch community. Thank God for calling them and for giving them the faith, trust, love and hope to commit themselves to the community.

I love singing animation songs! I'm not saying that I have a good voice but I feel happy whenever I sing His praises. It is a way to glorify Him. Since there were no other people who knew how to sing the animation songs, I took charge. Haha! Kudos to the people who bear with my unique voice. :D

Lastly, but not the least, I love the talk that I delivered to the participants. I did not like it at first but in the end, I made sure I prepared the materials I needed to deliver it properly. Then came my turn to share my talk with the participants. I was a little nervous at first since it was my first time to talk about that topic. But throughout the talk, I had this enlightening feeling I had never felt before whenever I spoke to other people about His words and deeds. It was surprising that words came out of my mouth smoothly and that I was able to express what God wants the participants to know, to feel. It was an extraordinary experience. I felt that I am truly a child of God, His instrument to touch even the littlest part of other's lives. I would love to have that feeling again, the assurance that God will provide what you need to tell other people about Him. I thank the people who prayed for/with me that time. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to share about His love.

I can still feel the high and happiness brought by the weekend seminar. It is always an uplifting experience - a wonderful chance to let other people feel loved and appreciated through Him. A time to pass God's love - to pass it on, and on.
So there, I remember a song I learned when I was a child and I think it will always remain a lovely truth, it goes like this:
"The love of Jesus, sweet and marvelous.
The love of Jesus, sweet and marvelous.
The love of Jesus, sweet and marvelous.
Oh oh, wonderful love
Higher than the mountain
Deeper than the ocean
Wider than the universe
Oh oh, wonderful love"
It is fun to have a wonderful God. Remember, He loves you. God bless you! ♡
