I took a leave from work today to go with my family to the airport for my brother's flight to Saudi Arabia (KSA).
He will be working there for two years as a nurse, we don't know yet if he will work in a company or in a hospital. Good thing that there are many Filipino nurses there, too, so we hope that he will be able to adjust easily. Plus, our dad is also in KSA but his work is quite far from the city that my brother will be staying.
I just noticed that all in our family were leaving for work abroad, first was our dad, then my older sister went to U.A.E., and then my older brother. Well, maybe the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence, or maybe not.
Well for now, we are hoping and praying for his safe trip! And may the reality coincides with his expectations while living and working there. Though we will miss him and the cakes and ice creams he brings home on an occasional basis, we are hoping for his best. Two years will go by quickly. God bless him! ☺

* We call him Swangot, sometimes, but his name is really Joshua. ☺
